Rise and idea of this project
Answering the need to focus people on colour and light combined with the power of words and the timeless power of love, this artwork is born for this purpose only. Together with many people we like to give an answer to the need to bring unity in awareness of mankind in cities.
Awareness of light in the city
Look at the state of the world today, how men treat men, brothers and sisters, animals, nature, invironment, and planet earth. Dont look too far, we are in need to change our ways.
Many ask, what can i do to make people aware we need to change our habits? How can people wake up? How can we reach an hand to let people contact people with the beauty that life is and to be a focus and reflexion of seeing the inner beauty from yourself within. There is more to life than war and war is doesnt need a reply with its reflexion. The answer to help this awareness lies in art and music these mediums have proven to move people since the beginning of time.
Inspired by the song All you need is love, from The Beatles, our project became into shape.
Ok, but what are you making exactly?
We are creating a glass window of glass applique from 2 meters high and 30 meters long.10 parts framed in a metal frame.
Many different types of glass well shaped in form are glued combined together to get the right colour we need.
What are you doing with this huge glass window?
This is a work for outside, in all weather conditions. we like to give the people the chance to see it feel it, and a part of it. We have chosen if possible to place this work in Central park New York city.
New York is a amazing multicultural city, the capital of the united nations and the place where John Lennon left us in 1980.
We can reach our goal in financing this project with you all, people working together, with crowdfunding and sharing your gift great and small with the world in creating messages for people from people….
